Here is what I have to say:
Windows replaced and more!!
I shopped the big box names first.
Then, Matt showed me what Legacy
could
do. He offered the experience of
having worked with other companies
and the
knowledge of what works and what
doesn't. I had a window filled in
and bricked over
which Legacy does not do. But their
business connections to a quality
mason and an
outstanding interior guy led to a
job well done. The windows are
fantastic (NT
windows from right down the road in
Rendon) and I love the new patio
door.
Everything was timely and impeccably
clean when finished. We will be
using them
for siding in the coming months.

The folks at Legacy Exteriors came
through! Matt made helpful
suggestions and the final product
looks wonderful. The installation
went quickly even with a lot of trim
and the team's cleanup was thorough.
Chris and the gang spent extra hours
trying to make sure that a new
ceiling fan was correctly installed
only to find out that the fan was
bad. Bless their hearts!!! The team
got a replacement fan for me and had
it installed the next day. Mark made
sure I was satisfied with the
project and followed up with me to
resolve a runoff issue. Legacy
surpassed my expectations. Thanks to
everyone for the hard work!!!

Matt, Ted, and his crew were great.
Very professional and extremely
helpful. I had received bids from
multiple companies and salesman
including Sear and Home Depot and
Matt at Legacy was far more
straightforward and honest with me
then any of the other groups. Not to
mention that pricing was under what
was quoted to me by other groups
without losing the quality of the
product. I had a specific leaking
problem that could not be diagnosed
until the windows were out. Unlike
the other companies they did not
just stop in the middle and refuse
to continue the work due to a
liability issue. They were able to
diagnose the issue as not only the
windows but the siding around the
window. The same crew that did the
windows then was able to help
replace the siding. How nice not to
have to deal with multiple work
crews and to get this done in a
quick manner possible thus saving my
wall where water was leaking!! I
highly recommend these guys and I
will be using them in the future for

company. You deal directly with the
owners, and they installed a great
product very professionally. Their
installation team is top notch and
were able to avoid several potential
problems due their experience and
expertise. My brickwork was poor
around several windows, and I had
some siding issues a s well, and
they were able to come up with
innovative and fantastic solutions
to make the windows fit and look
perfect with no additional brick
work needed. It is very refreshing
to have a contractor tell you
exactly what they are going to do,
and then deliver above expectations.

Matt did an excellent job of
explaining the difference in window
types and the different ratings. I
have a full understanding of how
windows work best for my situation.
I replaced 8 windows and a sliding
glass door. They quoted 6 weeks
delivery to installation and they
were there on the day. The
installation guys Mark, Chris and
Team did an excellent job also, they
showed up at 9 am and were
completely finished by 3 pm. I
watched them do the work and it was
first class. No mess. Love the
triple pane windows, noticed a
difference right away on my AC.

Even with a problem with the
permitting (the city's problem, not
Legacy's), they finished my siding
job in a very short time. It looks
beautiful. The guys left everything
cleaner than when they started, and
finished the touchups and detailing
with something bordering on
obsession. My porch roof was a bit
uneven; they even leveled it when
they installed new columns! I could
not be happier with the job they
did. From start to finish, everybody
involved was incredibly helpful.
Communication was great, the crew
was hardworking and dedicated, and
I'm just pleased as can be with the
results.

I just can not say enough good
things to describe what a great
company I found when I found Legacy
Exteriors. Super fast response to
phone calls to what a kind and
caring attitude each and everyone of
the installers had to even the
thoughtfulness of the staff to the
sales people.. The installers work
very fast and do an outstanding job
and do it with a smile and do not
make any kind of ugly mess.. Their
prices are great and do not try to
make a killing off of you. I have
had siding installed by other
vendors years ago and at that time I
felt like I was buying the company
with the high cost of the siding and
now that company is out of business.
Legacy is not like that. Very fair
and they get the job done super fast
..Many many thanks to all of you.. I
will call you again when I get ready
to start another project..

personable. The crew that came out,
John and Chris, were also very good
at their job yet careful about
avoiding any incidental damage. They
too were personable. Matt and Mark
answered all of our questions about
the windows we were researching (NT
Windows Energy Masters Series). No
question about the product was too
unwarranted to be denied a serious
response. Even after the install
when we had a misunderstanding with
the town building inspector and left
us hanging over the weekend, Mark
reassured us not to worry about it
and enjoy the weekend. He would
handle everything on Monday and he
did. The inspector came out and
within a few minutes we had our
improvement approved. You guys were
(and are) great!

entire house. The installers were
polite and professional and went
above and beyond the normal
contractors that I have come in

enough for all they have done to
make our home more energy efficient

I only wish I had done this sooner.

From the initial consultation they
were extremely friendly,
knowledgeable of the product as well
as other types of replacement
windows. They worked us into the
exact set of windows we needed and
wanted, with a price lower then
retail just to make us happy. Also
they really worked with us with the
method of payment and were very
flexible. On the day of install they
arrived early and ready to work they
completed the whole job in about 3
1/2 hours completing a total of 12
huge replacement windows. The
workers were curtious as they worked
and cleaned up after themselves.
They also wont accept payment until
you are completely 100% satisfied!

I am very pleased with the entry
door installation. It was difficult
job, because the install was only an
entry door slab but the new door
looks great and certainly improved
appearance of my entry. The
installer was very professional,
courteous, showed up at the
appointed time, clean and meticulous
with the install. Since I ordered
the door handle set on-line the
installer also help me make sure I
order the correct hardware. He also
hauled away the old door and cleaned
up everything. I just could not be
more happy. I rate the install
excellent!!
